Communicating vessels in the new reimbursement system
The new fee structure, as effective October 1, 2013, is based on a fee for the administrator that covers the work performed by him under the Bankruptcy Act during the debt restructuring. The amended fee structure ensures that the administrator will henceforth receive the calculated fee for his legal duties performed in all debt restructuring cases.
