During our current affairs lunches we already announced the DBA hotline, but now it is a fact. Clients and contractors can report here any bottlenecks and unintended effects of the DBA Act.

Possible unintended consequences

With the Meldpunt DBA, the Ministry of Finance wants to gain insight into possible unintended consequences of the Wet DBA for the labor market. For example, if clients can no longer organize their flexible shell. Or if freelancers receive fewer assignments or if their clients require them to work through payroll.

Picking up bottlenecks

Based on the reports, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment are taking stock of the bottlenecks. They want to tackle these bottlenecks together with industry and interest groups. The notifier will not receive a personal response: the hotline is only intended for the inventory of bottlenecks.

Our advice: use this hotline if necessary! Perhaps this will open the eyes further in The Hague and the politicians will look for a more appropriate solution.
