Reinier Pijls appointed salary partner at Poelmann van den Broek

Effective January 1, Reinier Pijls will join Poelmann van den Broek as a salary partner. Reinier has worked as an attorney since 2010 and specializes in financing & securities and restructuring & bankruptcy. He has a combined advisory and litigation practice, in which he mainly litigates in the areas of directors' liability and creditor detriment. He is also regularly appointed as receiver in bankruptcies by the District Court of Gelderland.
