A temporary enforcement framework for PFAS

PFAS a collective name of several substances that trouble us in keeping soil and water clean. There have been many reports from the construction industry about increased costs and damage due to the new regulations from Minister van Veldhoven (Environment and Housing). Pending the final PFAS action framework, a temporary enforcement framework has now been created. Many projects could get underway again with this. But temporary does not yet mean final. Bottlenecks still need to be resolved.
