What to expect.

From January 1, 2024, the Building Quality Assurance Act will apply. Especially for residential construction, this is a far-reaching law that leads, among other things, to a fundamental change in the contractor's liability after completion. Our training will take you through the new regulations in a nutshell.

Furthermore, during the training we explain in a practical manner and with many case examples for which defects a contractor is still liable after delivery of a house. Here we zoom in on the specific liability system as it follows from the guarantee and warranty regulations of Woningborg and SWK, among others.

Then we will provide practical tips & tricks on how best to handle residents' complaints in a customer-oriented and effective manner. For this we will use communication consultant and trainer Maarten Tuit.
