Communicating more effectively during delivery
It often happens that the delivery is not without problems, for example because future residents and executors each have their own perception. As a construction company you are then faced with the (legal) challenge of guarding the good harmony as much as possible, but at the same time not making agreements or promises that damage the position of the construction company. The training 'Delivering without fuss' is especially for them and offers many eye-openers. Thanks to the practical set-up with, among others, training actor Maarten Tuit, they learn the necessary skills and can communicate more effectively.
