Not all agreements are performed by your counterparty in the way you envisioned when you entered into the agreement. Think of products that are not delivered on time or have quality problems, collaborations that do not get off the ground, or invoices that are not paid (on time). But what are actually the options when obligations are not met and you want to get rid of an agreement?
During the course we will discuss the various possible remedies (and their consequences), such as termination, dissolution and annulment. This is because it makes quite a difference which remedy is chosen. Moreover, all remedies have different requirements attached to them, so not every remedy can be used in all circumstances.
