At Poelmann van den Broek, you generally have direct contact with our attorneys. Behind them are driven Team Assistants who provide practical support. Thanks to three tough questions, you can now get to know Griselda Louvet, Environment and Government Team Assistant, a little better.

What gives you energy?

"When I can successfully end a busy working day it gives me enormous energy. I like it when I have been able to make a real contribution by taking a lot of work off the hands of the attorneys. The work that has saved them time.

At home, I get energy from doing fun things with friends. I organize vacations and enjoy being present during the third half in the cafeteria. Because we are a bit more limited on outings during the corona period now, we arrange fun digital outings. Like an online bingo. Cozy at home with a drinks board on the couch!"

When was the last time you challenged yourself?

"I had made a commitment to myself to snack less and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Let's just say I picked up playing soccer again. That's already a nice step. Now that we all work from home and I recently became solely responsible for supporting my team, it's really a challenge to keep all the balls in the air. I try to pick up everything as best I can, and with a clear schedule and setting the right priorities, this is going well."

What opportunity do you still want to seize?

"I would like to develop myself further in the legal field. I completed a college law degree but this was in the area of criminal and juvenile law. I am currently working for the Environment and Government team. Administrative law is the main focus. By developing myself further in this area, I will be able to add even more value and support the attorneys even better. I also want to immerse myself in the ins and outs of the new Environmental Law that will be introduced next year. Enough to learn, I am looking forward to it!
