"Do you mean literally or figuratively? In terms of exercise, I consider myself moderately athletic. We have a labrador. So weather or no weather, I don't skip that daily walk. In addition, my husband and I like to bike. Our favorite route is along the river Waal, beautiful with those views. And figuratively ... well, I have a tendency not to like losing. So an afternoon of American jockeying with our children becomes really exciting."
