The main changes from the ROZ model Retail space in view
The ROZ model Winkelruimte is widely used for various business spaces such as hospitality and retail space. More than ten years after the most recent model (from 2012), the ROZ has come out with an updated version of the lease agreement for retail space. In doing so, the accompanying general provisions have also changed. The infographic below shows the 6 most important changes.
