Healthy competition at the Jupla Rally

Saturday, September 2, was the Jupla Rally, Nijmegen's most popular tour rally. "A tough route through beautiful surroundings," said colleague Lisanne Veerbeek, who finished 16th together with client Maarten Soetens in his Porsche 993. They thus set the best time within the 10 participating Poelmann van den Broek teams.

Lisanne: "It was fun that I and Maarten just outsmarted my colleagues on Saturday. But apart from a good dose of healthy competition, the main thing is to have a nice day together. And we all succeeded in that."

Winner DM Printmedia

First prize went to DM Printmedia for the first time this year. Driver William Koen and navigator Richard Berns drove the test the fastest, came through the morning with 0 penalty points and crossed the finish line with only 330 penalty points. They were followed on the bumper by Jaap Sterk Exteriors and Team Bart Veerbeek, two teams that in previous years always alternately finished in 1st and 2nd place. Lisanne: "DM Printmedia has been participating for years, also as a sponsor. Nice that they have now also won once."

4000,- for Ronald McDonald House Nijmegen

From Poelmann van den Broek congratulations to the winners and compliments to organizers Rutger van Lee and Frank Theunisse. Lisanne: "The rally was again excellently taken care of and took us past beautiful places that even I, as a resident of Nijmegen, did not yet know." At the end of the day, Jupla was able to donate no less than 4000,- to the Ronald McDonald House Nijmegen.
