For various reasons - including a lack of technically skilled personnel - a utility connection is often realized (much) later than desired (or expected). However, the Electricity Act prescribes a deadline. This allows us to successfully enforce a timely connection. Another problem arises if - despite the existence of a connection - there is no transport capacity. This is called grid congestion. Depending on your situation, an appeal by the grid operator for grid congestion can be challenged. And if those options are not available, we can help you with alternative solutions and their legal assurance. For example, with an 'off-grid' or MLOEA (multiple energy suppliers on one connection) solution. We advise on the associated agreements between all participating parties, grid operators and IT suppliers.
