What to expect.

This course takes you on a bird's-eye view of the Environment Act and related regulations. You will gain insight into the backgrounds and principles in the creation of these regulations, with the most practical translation to your daily practice.

Attention will be paid to the environmental plan, obtaining permits, flexibility options in plan development, procedural processes and transitional law, among other topics.
