What to expect.
This course takes you on a bird's-eye view of the Environment Act and related regulations. You will gain insight into the backgrounds and principles in the creation of these regulations, with the most practical translation to your daily practice.
Attention will be paid to the environmental plan, obtaining permits, flexibility options in plan development, procedural processes and transitional law, among other topics.
Purpose course
Afterwards, you will be well prepared for the arrival of the Environment Act and you will have gained the necessary insight into what you will have to deal with. Naturally, you will also be given the necessary tips and tricks to put into practice.
Target
Project managers, developers, acquirers, directors, management, corporate lawyers within the real estate industry. The level of this course is advanced.
