Some rental regimes offer the option of rent review. As an applicant, you must meet a variety of requirements in doing so, including seeking expert advice on the reasonableness of the proposed rent. If the parties cannot come to an agreement among themselves, proceedings in the subdistrict court will follow. Does your counterparty unfairly compare your rent to other properties? Do you want to review the rent during the current rental period? Are you entitled to (legal) interest on the new rent?
