Collective bargaining law course

What (among other things) can you expect?

During the course, Ruud Olde and Sander Poelman talk about the rules regarding and developments in collective bargaining law.

This will include discussion of:

• When does a collective bargaining agreement apply?
• How do you apply a collective bargaining agreement as an employer?
• Can you deviate from a collective bargaining agreement?
• What to do with a declared universally binding collective bargaining agreement?

Of course, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
