Henk Verschuur

Henk has worked with us since 1990. And if you ask "how does Henk work? Then everyone here will unanimously shout 'hard'. Is that why he is stress-free? Or is it because through his work experience Henk is as firmly rooted in construction law as the trees he maintains in his garden? That specialism comes in handy when he advises before, during and after the construction process. In doing so, he keeps a sharp eye on (contractual) relationships. Between clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and architects. 

In no time, Henk designs a well-founded approach to construction time overruns, construction quality control, damages or contract variations. Not necessarily within the lines. Because when it comes to achieving goals, Henk just as happily chooses the creative route.

By virtue of this registration, Henk Verschuur is required to obtain ten training points in each registered principal area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Order of attorneys .
