Last Friday, judgment was handed down in the summary proceedings between the Gelderland Steel Blasting and Painting Company (GSB) and Eurogrit. Eurogrit was held liable for supplying grit contaminated with asbestos. Eurogrit's reliance on its general conditions did not hold up.
