A non-compete agreement can certainly hold up

A common part of an employment contract is a non-compete clause. But many of our clients have the idea that a non-compete clause doesn't actually hold up at all. It doesn't have to.

For example, it is important that you put the non-compete clause in writing in the employment contract and do not lose sight of it even during the contract.
