About this position

The labor team consists of six attorneys and a team assistant (legal secretary). Together we address labor law issues, such as dismissal, reorganization, employment contracts, working conditions, collective bargaining agreements and absenteeism. In doing so, we delve into the practice and objectives of business owner. 

We also deal with current affairs, such as the well-known challenges of finding and retaining staff and the implementation of ESG Reporting. We also support our clients in adopting new regulations such as the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Future of Pensions Act.

Your focus

After your induction period, during which you will get to know our office and our clients well, you will start working on your own files. We like to let you excel. So you will be given assignments that you are good at and that you enjoy doing. You translate your knowledge into practical advice. This is rewarding work, because you notice how happy the client is when they can immediately proceed with your advice. Although you recognize problems, you always think in terms of solutions. You can count on help in this: your colleagues will be happy to spar with you.

Your profile

We are not looking for the sheep with five legs. In fact, this sheep does not exist. We are looking for an employment lawyer with several years of work experience. So much for the hard requirements. Furthermore, it is useful if you are a team player, because we like to combine our expertise to provide the best advice for our clients. Maybe you have a commercial attitude and the ambition to grow? These could also be qualities you would like to develop with us.

  • A salary between €5,283.84 and €8,805.22 gross per month (depending on age and work experience) based on 40-hour (full-time) employment.
  • 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Maximum of 3 mandatory leave days, 2 of which are at the employer's expense. 
  • Work-from-home opportunities and compensation.

No lawyer language

We speak the same language as our customers, which are almost all business owners. So no fancy talk and long-winded texts. (Legal) advice on an A4, that idea. But then, of course, ironclad advice.
