How do we work?

We work in teams where different functions and areas of expertise come together. Such a team consists of team assistants, legal staff and our specialists, the attorneys. We have no less than 12 specializations, such as construction, labor and company & corporation, intellectual property and IT. And as you can imagine, all those specializations also work closely together. We are at the forefront of combining our specializations within the industries we focus on: construction & real estate, manufacturing & tech and retail. As a result, we are already highly specialized in all the legal issues surrounding smart buildings. Furthermore, we know the latest trends when it comes to cybersecurity, AI, ESG and sustainability. And who knows, maybe your expertise will take us further in a whole new field.

Your focus

In addition to the position of attorney, we also have other challenging roles. For example, you can also become an attorney trainee, team assistant or legal secretary with us. And of course we have all kinds of opportunities in the support departments, such as finance, hr, marketing and it. We love initiative, so feel free to share your ideas with us. Even if you have plans to grow, or during your gap year in Bali you suddenly realize 'in six months I want to work at Poelmann van den Broek'.

Our office between the lines

No lawyer language

We speak the same language as our customers, which are almost all business owners. So no fancy talk and long-winded texts. (Legal) advice on an A4, that idea. But then, of course, ironclad advice.  

Sharper on sustainable

We always advise our clients with an eye to the future. And so we also look at our own actions. How sustainable are we now and can we be better? For example, less printing, more planting. Your ideas are more than welcome.

Croissants and apple turnovers

Something sweet with coffee, we just love that. That also means we like to exercise. Because that gown, while it is wide, with all those croissants and apple turnovers, we want the scales to stay balanced. Just like the relationship between personal and work.

Legendary outings

From free mibo to office cabaret, we like to make it fun. If someone is going to do the Seven Hills Run, a few colleagues join in like this. We also go skiing together every year. And if you prefer to skip these outings? Even then you will feel at home with us.
