We work in teams where different functions and areas of expertise come together. And you have an important supporting role with us as a secretarial assistant at our Shared Service Center (SSC). You will receive daily targeted assignments that support our various legal departments. In addition, you will also support or replace the front desk as needed. Availability on Mondays is a requirement, Fridays and/or Thursdays are optional. Workdays of 7.5 hours will take place between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Your duties are quite diverse. Think of performing repetitive administrative/secretarial tasks, such as processing correspondence, working out dictations or making textual improvement proposals. In addition, you will regularly work on making scans, PDFs or copies for files and procedures and sending correspondence for attorneys.
In addition, you will also regularly work at the reception desk answering the phone, receiving guests or placing orders, among other things. Furthermore, you will occasionally assist in preparing events (on location).
